WHEN SHOULD I PLACE MY INVITATION ORDER?
We recommend that you submit all elements of your order at least four weeks before you plan to mail your invitations. (You should mail your invitations 6-8 weeks prior to your wedding.) Personalized wedding accessory pieces should be ordered at the same time as invitation sets to ensure consistent color matches in paper and ink colors.
HOW LONG IS YOUR TURNAROUND TIME?
You will receive a digital (email) proof within 24-48 hours from the time you provide us with all of your customization information and payment. Please note that turn-around times are estimates only. Also, remember that if you order add on options to any of the items ordered this will push production time 2-3 business days more. Plan to order your packages in advance to give you ample time to create the package you desire! If you order multiple items we will ship all of your order together, unless other arrangements/requests have been finalized and approved by us. ***WE DO NOT OFFER RUSH SERVICES, AS WE FEEL THAT EVERY ORDER DESERVES THE TLC AND TIME WE PUT INTO IT.
DO I HAVE TO PURCHASE INVITATIONS TO ORDER OTHER ITEMS?
No. You may order any of our products even if you are not ordering invitations from us.
DO YOU HAVE A MINIMUM PURCHASE REQUIREMENT?
It depends on what you are ordering. Each product page will describe in detail how the item is sold.(i.e. product name:: $2.50 each, and you will see on the right side of the items page what is included with each item.)
CAN I CHANGE THE INVITATION COLORS AND FONTS?
Absolutely! Every one of our designs can be modified to accomodate your wishes. We simply show past orders for inspiration. Click the customize now link to view all the customization choices available to you. OR on the product page of your liking, click the icons to the right, under what's included to view your options!
DO YOU OFFER SAMPLES?
Yes! We offer samples of any of the products you find on our website. Please just select one of each product you would like to purchase a sample of. Please note that all samples are not personalized. *Any amount spent on samples will be credited to your balance if you should decide to book with us!
HOW DO I SEND MY PHOTOS TO YOU?
Once payment has been made and we have had contact through email to gather your information, we will send you a direct link to our upload page where you can submit your original, unedited photographs. (Photographs MUST be at least 1800 x 1200 and 300 dpi or we can not guarantee a clear print.)
WHAT FORMS OF PAYMENT DO YOU ACCEPT?
We accept all major credit cards, debit cards, and e-checks. Payments are made through pay pal. (You do not need an account if you are paying via a credit or debit card.) *Please note that if you should pay via an e-check we can not start the customization or proofing process until your check clears . (3-4 business days)
